Ph3Work Purpose /h3 pBuyer will be responsible for providing purchasing support to the projects, ensuring that all activities are fulfilled in accordance with Company approved Standards and projects requirements. /p h3Duties Responsibilities /h3 ul liHE/She is responsible for following up all actions necessary to qualify any Vendor before the order award if not yet qualified. /li liHe/She is responsible for fulfilling inquiring and purchasing activities properly and within the assigned schedule and budget. /li liMakes sure he/she has all the information necessary for issuing the inquiry. /li liHe/She expedites the bids. /li liHe/She is able to identify cost saving opportunities for the supplies he/she is responsible for. /li liHe/She acts as main contact point for Vendors included in the request for quotation he/she is involved in. /li liHe/She continuously liaise with engineering department to ensure the most effective purchasing process. /li liChecks that the Particular Purchase Conditions, laid down for the Project, are wholly applicable to the specific case and, if not, reports the matter to the Project Procurement Coordinator. /li liConducts negotiations with Vendors managing also Vendors' commercial deviation. /li liHe/She commercially aligns Vendors' offers. /li liIndicates, during negotiations and on the commercial tabulations, all the necessary information in a clear and well-defined manner to support the Vendor's selection process. /li liPrepares the purchase order documents in due time and in the most definite way possible. /li liContributes to recover the amounts relevant to the back-charges already notified to the Vendors, according to the approved procedures. /li /ul h3Required Competences /h3 ul liCapability to work in a multicultural environment /li liGood in English language /li liGood knowledge and practice of IT programs (Knowledge of Oracle suite is a plus) /li li3 years' working experience in similar position /li liKnowledge of Supply Chain concepts /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul li5+ years' working experience in similar position preferably in EPC companies /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering /li /ul h3Location /h3 pPesaro HQ with availability to travel /p pSettore: Edilizia/Ingegneria civile /p pRuolo: Acquisti /p pTipo di occupazione: Contratto a tempo indeterminato /p pInquadramento: Impiegato /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
