Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and resolve technical and IT-related issues through step-by-step solutions and established processes.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and follow-up.
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
* Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our service management systems.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role, preferably within the diagnostics or healthcare industry.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
* Ability to travel up to 15% for training and meetings.
