The manager ensures the implementation of operating policies and initiatives within the group and reports to the Area Manager or Regional Director of Operations. They work closely with team members to ensure that services are provided efficiently, safely, and in a patient-friendly manner. The manager is accountable for guest and client satisfaction, as well as business development objectives. They collaborate with the Area Manager to meet corporate initiatives and uphold Quigley’s cultural values.
