We are seeking a highly skilled HR Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to termination, including contract modifications and level changes.

Main Responsibilities:
* Governance of the entire employee life cycle (hiring, termination, contract modifications, level changes)
* Coordination of mandatory communications with entities (Cob, Inps, Inail)
* Management of supplementary pension funds and health insurance
* Ticket management for employees
* Administrative tasks related to monthly payrolls (presence control, expense notes, payroll checks)
* Interface with external providers for payroll processing
* Update and technical consultation on norms and regulations
* Support for administrative documentation required for service delivery to clients
* Administrative support for employees
* Monthly and quarterly reporting (headcount, vacations, labor costs)
