Responsibilities:
* Community & Event Coordination: Organize and support offline meetups, workshops, and event partnerships to strengthen local user engagement.
* Resource Network Expansion: Develop and maintain a network of local media, community groups, and crypto partners to support brand presence.
* KOL & Influencer Outreach: Identify and manage local KOLs, influencers, and content creators to promote BitMart’s brand and campaigns.
* Regional Growth Strategy: Develop and execute user growth and trading volume strategies tailored for Eastern Europe markets.
* Market Feedback & Insights: Collect feedback and insights from users and partners to help optimize future campaigns and local strategy.
Requirements:
* Located in Eastern Europe with a strong understanding of the local Web3 and trading communities.
* Experience in community building, KOL outreach, event coordination (crypto/Web3 preferred).
* Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple partners and tasks.
* Fluent in English and at least one local language (e.g., Polish, Italian, Ukrainian).
* Self-driven, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
