KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
* Completion of MDS assessments, Section K, CAA
* Documentation for residents at high risk for nutritional problems
* Participation in the care planning process
* Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team
* Provide oversight to the food service department with routine audits for safety, sanitation, and food quality
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Licensed (if required by State)
* 2 years of consulting/long-term care experience preferred, but we will consider many factors
