We encourage advancement and offer tangible development opportunities! /p h3In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: /h3 ul lipLead a global engineering team (2-4 people) of Firmware Engineers located in different Emerson sites /p /li lipProvide leadership in technical reviews and issue resolution for the team. /p /li lipDesign, implement, and improve firmware, embedded solutions for industrial actuators. /p /li lipAnalysing and optimizing firmware performance. /p /li lipDrive code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability for self and others in the team. /p /li lipFixing and performing Root Cause Analysis of the issues. /p /li lipConsistency to standard processes for code development, reuse, and portability. /p /li lipMaintain documentation, bug tracking, and records related to software development. /p /li lipLead the product backlog, define product requirements and User Stories and facilitate sprint planning, supervise the sprint progress lead the partners. /p /li lipLead firmware development projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with other team members to meet project deadlines /p /li /ul h3Who You Are: /h3 pYou have proven ability to guide teams in the right direction when faced with technical difficulties.
