岗位职责：Job Responsibilities
1、在规定的区域、领域内完成公司下达的年度销售任务；Achieve the annual sales targets assigned by the company within the designated region/field.
2、所负责区域的市场开拓、客户拓展及关系维护工作；Develop markets, expand client base, and maintain customer relationships in the assigned area.
3、所负责区域的项目信息收集、分析、整理，项目合同签订、发货、收款及项目总结工作；Collect, analyze, and organize project information; handle contract signing, delivery, payment collection, and project summarization.
4、按照制度向公司汇报客户信息、项目信息情况，针对重点项目、重点客户群体提出自己的拓展思路及跟踪Report customer and project information to the company as required; propose expansion strategies and follow up on key projects and major client groups.
5、在公司预算范围内执行费用预算；Manage expense budgets within the company's financial framework.
6、公司安排的其他任务。Perform other tasks assigned by the company.
岗位要求：Job Requirements
1. 专业：营销、管理类或工科（土木工程优先）相关专业大专以上学历；Education: College degree or above in Marketing, Management, or Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred).
2. 年龄：25-36岁；Age: 25-36 years old.
3. 工作经验：3年以上工程行业项目型销售工作经验，有基建工程行业内工程材料销售经验者优先考虑；Experience: Minimum 3 years of project-based sales experience in the engineering industry; candidates with sales experience in construction materials for infrastructure projects are preferred.
4. 掌握熟练的销售技巧，商务谈判经验丰富，应变能力强；Proficient sales techniques, strong negotiation skills, and adaptability.
5. 较强的学习能力，能熟练使用PPT\WORD\EXCEL，能看懂CAD图纸；Fast learning ability; skilled in using PPT/Word/Excel; able to read CAD drawings.
6. 形象、气质佳，有工作激情，具有团队精神，抗压能力强，适应出差。Professional appearance, positive attitude, teamwork spirit, resilience under pressure, and willingness to travel.
