As Manager External Manufacturing Category, you lead end-to-end procurement for external manufacturing, driving cost efficiency, quality, and sustainability to enable business growth. You partner with Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, Legal, and Finance to shape sourcing strategies and manage supplier relationships. You will execute category plans aligned with short- to long-term business needs and leverage market insights to mitigate risks and identify value opportunities. You play a key role in enabling product launches and ongoing operations through cross-functional collaboration and supplier innovation.

* Develop and execute category sourcing strategies aligned with business needs
* Lead medium-complexity procurement projects within supply chain strategy
* Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive performance and continuous improvement
* Negotiate commercial agreements balancing value and risk
* Coordinate with Legal on contract lifecycle activities (renewals, amendments)
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable launches and readiness
* Drive cost reductions, quality improvements, and process efficiencies
* Use procurement systems and analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement
* Support sustainable procurement and supplier diversity initiatives
* Manage procurement performance indicators (CIP, Cash, Cost Avoidance, Inflation)
Responsabilità
* Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in procurement or related roles
* Strong analytical skills for data-driven sourcing strategy
* Proven negotiation and relationship management capabilities
* Demonstrated project management and cross-functional leadership experience
* Ability to make timely decisions and manage complex projects
* Planning and organizational skills
* Strong presentation and communication abilities
* Familiarity with digital and AI tools
