Main Responsibilities And Activities That Make This Opportunity WOW
* Electromechanical assembly of prototypes;
* Product testing in various development phases, including electrical and mechanical measurements, based on international standards and internal procedures;
* Preparation of reports and technical documentation;
* Identification and resolution of defects, identification of improvements and optimizations;
* Verification and monitoring of the various development phases by visiting and assisting external suppliers or other Kärcher Group companies;
* Participation in project meetings and management of requests from various internal and external stakeholders;
* Management and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Skills Required To Be a WOW Candidate
* High School Diploma and/or Bachelor’s Degree in a technical/engineering field (electrical, electronic, mechatronic, biomedical);
* Previous experience in testing and prototyping, gained within international companies;
* Knowledge of main laboratory instrumentation (caliper, micrometer, multimeter, etc.);
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
* Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken;
* Good knowledge of Google Suite;
* Critical, scientific, and analytical approach, attention to detail;
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills;
* High level of autonomy, proactivity, and initiative;
* Knowledge of machine tools (preferred);
* Knowledge of 3D CAD (preferred).
