Where no two days are the same.\n\nYOUR ROLE\n\nDefine and own the overall Data Center infrastructure architecture.\nProduce and maintain HLD and LLD documentation.\nLead technical design decisions aligned with business and non-functional requirements.\nPerform capacity planning and scalability assessments.\nOversee and technically validate infrastructure implementation activities.\nAct as the highest technical escalation point (Level 2/Level 3 support).\nInvestigate and resolve complex incidents and structural issues.\nConduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventative improvements.\nDefine operational standards, best practices and governance controls.\nEnsure infrastructure stability, performance, resilience and security compliance.\nEngage with vendors and technology partners for advanced troubleshooting and solution validation.\nContinuously assess and improve infrastructure efficiency and automation opportunities.\n\nYOUR PROFILE\n\nProven experience in enterprise Data Center infrastructure environments.\nDemonstrable experience designing and implementing end-to-end infrastructure architectures (compute, storage, networking and virtualization).\nAdvanced expertise in VMware vSphere/ESXi/vCenter (or equivalent enterprise virtualization platforms) or equivalent.\nStrong experience with enterprise storage solutions (SAN/NAS, multipathing, performance tuning, resilience design).\nSolid Data Center networking knowledge (VLANs, routing, firewalling, load balancing concepts).\nStrong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux systems administration.\nExperience designing and supporting High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity solutions.\nProven capability in advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis (L2/L3 support).\nExperience producing High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.\nAbility to work autonomously and take full technical ownership of infrastructure environments.\nAvailability for long term travels to Saudi Arabia.\n\nNice To Have\n\nExperience with hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS or GCP integration).\nKnowledge of infrastructure automation tools (PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform or similar).\nExperience with hyper-converged infrastructure (e.g. Nutanix).\nFamiliarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).\nITIL certification or strong understanding of IT service management practices.\nAdvanced vendor certifications.\nExperience in mission-critical or highly regulated environments.\n\nWhat You’ll Love About Working Here\n\nJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment.\nEnjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work-life balance.\nEngage in exciting national and international projects.\nHybrid work.\nYour career growth is central to our mission.
