All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liLead and execute investment projects safely, on time, on budget, and in line with Henkel’s Project Management Framework /li liManage all technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects in the European region /li liDrive all project phases — from feasibility and concept development to execution, commissioning, start‑up, hand‑over and project closure, including lessons learned /li liIdentify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks, resolving and escalating issues as appropriate /li liCoordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders and cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment and transparency /li liCollaborate with internal experts and technology specialists to secure best‑in‑class technical solutions /li liSupport the design and creation of a regional sustainability roadmap for AO Europe, ensuring the best fit of sustainability tools and projects per production site /li liFacilitate ongoing best practice exchange between sites and the regional engineering group to strengthen sustainability knowledge and capabilities /li liLead sustainability‑related projects within the European Engineering Network, promoting innovation and knowledge exchange /li liActively contribute to the continuous improvement of sustainability practices across sites /li /ul h3What Makes You a Good Fit /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Chemistry /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in Project Engineering, preferably in CAPEX investment projects within an industrial environment /li liStrong project management skills, including experience with relevant tools and methodologies /li liProven expertise in sustainability projects (e.g., energy efficiency, utilities optimisation, new technologies implementation) /li liHigh degree of self‑motivation, autonomy, and flexibility in a dynamic international environment /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organisational levels and functions /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, CAD applications /li liFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) /li liWillingness to travel across Europe up to 30% of the time, depending on project assignments /li /ul pAt Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
