At Nidec, we’re driving innovation and operational excellence across our global footprint. We're looking for passionate, high energy and dynamic OpEx Engineer to join our team and drive Lean transformation initiatives across our plants.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
* Champion and deploy lean transformation in varied electromechanical manufacturing environment and Business administrative processes
* Analyze data and operator activity to identify and eliminate wastes from the process flow
* Support implementation of Daily Management System (DMS) deployment
* Be a key player in continuous improvement Kaizen projects
🎯 Your Profile:
* Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality
* Strong knowledge and of Lean tools (5S, Value Stream Mapping, Standardized Work, Daily Management System)
* Excellent communication and change management skills
* Proficient computer skills – (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams)
* English required; + Italian
* Green Belt or Lean Expert certification (desirable)
* Location Italy
* Open to travel within region 50-75% approximately
