Ph3Overview /h3pWe are looking for a passionate colleague who will support our digital transformation in the area of Compensation. The compensation function is responsible to define, implement and monitor all remuneration policies in line with business objectives. You will be part of the Human Resources Management team and you will have a strategic role within the organization as it directly affects the performance of employees and their ability to meet the goals set by the Company. /ph3What You Will Do /h3ulliYou will be involved in the management and optimization of the core HR system (Workday) for remuneration policies at group level. /liliSupport the Compensation Benefits team to manage the main compensation processes on the core HR systems and dedicated tools. /liliYou will work in close collaboration with payroll departments to guarantee correct and timely payment of salaries, pensions and social security contributions. /liliYou will maintain and administer the core HR System (Workday), ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Providing training and support to HR team members and end-users on HRIS functionalities. /liliEnsure compliance with current regulations (Italian and foreign) and the correct application of internal guidelines and processes. /liliYou will support the definition of salary increase budgets for Annual Salary Review process, including reporting and analysis to support the annual salary review with relevant HRs and Business Leads, considering macroeconomic context and the Company’s financial situation. /liliYou will develop and manage remuneration tools (surveys, benchmarking etc.) to monitor the market trend and identify gaps compared to competitors. /liliActively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems, ensuring the best possible use of available resources. /liliYou will provide consultancy services on various issues related to remuneration and benefits management. /liliParticipation in various CB Projects to develop process workflows and manage CB information. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDegree in Economics / Engineering / Computer Science or similar; /liliKnowledge of English language at B2 level; /liliProven experience in a similar position; /liliExcellent communication skills and interpersonal skills; /liliExperience in working in international and multicultural environments; /liliStrong analytical and problem solving skills; /liliProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point); /liliWorkday knowledge would be considered a plus; /li /ulpbEqual Opportunity statement /b : Prysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
