Job Summary As Quality Assurance Project Specialist, you will be part of the project and implementation team and work on the expansion of UPS Healthcare Logistics in Italy You are working for 1 year in the brand-new facility in Passo Corese, starting warehousing processes, implement new customers and facilitating the go live. You have knowledge and experiences in compliance to drug, medical device, and local regulations. You will ensure quality processes are maintained during implementation of procedures and customers. You will train UPS employees according with the Quality Management System and operational procedures. You will assist with validation activities and play an important role during regulatory inspections and customers Audits. Responsibilities: Ensures all staff is trained in their respective job functions, including GMP. Conducts regular inspections of the facility and recordkeeping, including summarization and reporting of findings. Coordinate or assist with corrective actions and preventative measures. Provides feedback and assistance to Customer/Client QA related questions and concerns. Investigates discrepancies and problems and advise the appropriate solution. Completes Nonconformity reports and change control requests and provide necessary follow-up.
