OverviewAtLoacker, protecting our digital ecosystem is essential to safeguarding thetrust behind our brand. We are seeking an IT Security Specialist whowill play a key role in strengthening our enterprisewide security posture andensuring that security by design becomes a natural part of every IT initiative.Responsibilities- Continuously improve security related software and services to prevent threats- Conduct risk assessments, review solution designs, and embed security throughout the project lifecycle- Cooperate closely with the IT Infrastructure team to maximize IT services’ security, resilience, and availability- Engineer and operate key security controls: identity & access, PAM, EDR/XDR, SIEM/SOAR, DLP, email/web security, vulnerability management- Implement Zero Trust principles (least privilege, MFA/conditional access, segmentation)- Support alignment with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, NIS2, and contribute to ISMS documentation and audits- Map, implement, and improve CIS Controls v8 safeguards- Collaborate with the SOC for incident response, tuning, threat hunting, and continuous improvement- Participate to on-duty-call service- Perform security related activities up to 20% of the total time out of business hoursQualifications- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience- Deep knowledge of at least one major security framework: NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 22301- Good OO coding skills (Python, PowerShell, Java)- Good knowledge of public cloud services—preferably Azure and AWS- Experience with NIST CSF 2.0, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 control sets, CIS Controls v8, and SOC workflows- Analytical mindset, curiosity, strong communication skills, and the ability to challenge assumptions constructively- Experience in project management is a plus- Fluency in English; Italian and/or German are advantageousOur Offer- An international company that cares for people and the planet- Training and development opportunities through the “Loacker Academy”- Possibility for home office 1-2 days a week- Company canteenWorkplace: Auna di SottoYour contact person for this position:Alex CunjacTalent AcquisitionTo us, Goodness means celebrating and embracing the unique diversity of every individual.
