PAmazon Marketplace is seeking a dynamic and motivated leader to acquire and manage key accounts while leading a team of business development managers. The Sales Manager will develop a sales pipeline of high-value and transactional accounts, working through their team to recruit and launch businesses to sell their products on and manage the portfolio to grow sales. /p pSpecifically, this individual will be responsible for: /p ol liIdentifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the executive teams of prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams. /li liCreating and presenting compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements. /li liPost-acquisition, building the success of those accounts by providing business insights, training, support, and seller education. /li /ol h3BASIC QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or certificate of completion of studies. /li li5+ years in roles such as Account Management, Sales, Retail Buyer/Associate Buyer, In-stock Planner/Allocator, Finance/Analyst roles, Marketing/Merchandising roles, Product Management, or Project Management. /li liAt least 2 years of managing sales teams. /li liEnglish proficiency: Fluent (written and spoken). /li liExcel proficiency: Intermediate formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF, and COUNTIF. Experience creating Pivot Tables and basic Pivot Charts, charts for data presentation, conditional formatting to highlight trends and data points. /li /ul h3PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liExperience selling nascent products/services into new markets. /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills. /li liWork experience preferably in eCommerce, online advertising, retail technology, or IT industries. /li liHistory of exceeding targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach. /li /ul pOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
