This role entails engaging with customers, presenting subscription packages, and closing sales over the phone while maintaining excellent relationships. Compensation Package Base Salary: 760.00/month gross. Christmas Allowance: 63.33/month gross. Meal Allowance: 154.00/month (tax-free, provided via a meal card). Total Gross Monthly Compensation: With Company Apartment: 1,040.66. Without Company Apartment: 1,240.66 (additional 200 for the housing benefit-in-kind). Note: Income tax and social security will be deducted based on Portuguese law. Responsibilities Engage with Italian-speaking customers to understand their needs through inbound calls. Present and sell subscription offers, including upselling and cross-selling. Handle inquiries about products and services while building rapport with customers. Resolve complaints or doubts and deliver tailored solutions. Achieve daily sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Requirements Fluent in Italian (spoken and written); English proficiency is an advantage. Comfortable with telesales and handling objections. Proactive personality with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
