The therapy specialist provides technical & clinicalsupport to customers. Specifically, you will: - To gain specificknowledge of products/therapies and become clinical/product expert- To attend and support cases in the accounts - Actively implementsand executes on sales force effectiveness initiatives to help drivebusiness growth and sales skills development including strategicterritory, proper technical/clinical support to the customer,distributors - To interact with physicians, their assistants, andhospital education staff to support procedures and answer clinicalquestions related to products - Develop relationships with andservice key customer groups, identify and utilize key customernetworks - Assist with product marketing and launches - Toparticipate in local and sometimes international workshops andcongresses - To prepare and maintain the equipment needed toorganize wet labs and training - Provide technical supportinformation to public tender and customer service departments whenrequired - Represent the Company in a professional manner and withthe highest integrity - To follow-up on all standing Regulatory andQuality procedures - To report on business progress and customerfeed-back - Collect and analyze market data and trace competitor'smarketing and sales activities - Ensure maintenance of companyproperty/assets QUALIFICATIONS: - University degree as aPerfusionist or similar - Working experience in structural heart orcardiovascular field preferred - Good knowledge of English, bothwritten and verbal in addition to Italian fluency - Goodcommunication skills and be a sound ethical character - Team andsolution oriented with the customer needs as a driver - Customerfocused, and service minded Geographical Scope : Northern Italy(preference Milan)
