Montura is looking for a Retail Expansion & Design Manager with strong experience in developing retail spaces and leading new store projects across multiple channels. This role will shape the physical retail presence of the brand, ensuring a consistent, immersive, and high-performing in-store experience across Owned & Operated, Franchise, and Wholesale locations. You will lead location scouting, market analysis, and project execution, aligning store design and layout with Montura’s brand identity and customer journey expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesScout and evaluate new retail locations through market analysis and performance-based SWOT assessmentsCoordinate with design and architecture agencies to develop innovative, brand-aligned store conceptsLead and manage new store openings and refits, ensuring timeline, budget, and quality goals are metEnsure flawless execution of store layouts and in-store journeys in collaboration with Visual Merchandising and OperationsAlign in-store storytelling and consumer experience with the Marketing teamSupervise store maintenance and facility management to guarantee operational efficiency and complianceProvide strategic direction and ongoing project follow-up, reporting to senior managementWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in retail development, store design, or customer experience roles, preferably in premium, outdoor, or fashion retailStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and external agenciesProven track record in managing new store openings and renovation projectsAbility to combine strategic thinking with operational executionFluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)Bachelor’s degree or higherWhat Montura OffersA hands-on, design-driven environment where strategic vision meets real-world execution.
