PbJob Descriptionbr/bbSME Factory /b is a business unit within the Customer Intelligence team, part of the SME Marketing division.brThe unit’s objective is to manage SME Customers through outbound phone marketing campaigns focused on upselling, cross-selling of POS solutions and value-added services and prevention / retention management.brbMain Responsibilitiesbr/bThe resource will be responsible for:br/pulli Participating in the design of initiatives targeting current customers and prospects, actively contributing both in the ideation phase and during operational go-live and call listening sessions /lili Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to plan monthly campaigns /lili Monitoring activity KPIs and supporting the campaign cost definition process /lili Managing external vendors providing outbound services /lili Coordinating with internal departments for the supplier invoicing process /lili Optimizing campaign performance: analyzing outbound activity results to identify areas for improvement and propose corrective and enhancement actionsbr/li /ulbRequired Skillsbr/bulli Experience in managing outbound campaigns or operational marketing /lili Strong coordination and project management skills with multiple stakeholders /lili Analytical skills and familiarity with KPIs, conversion rates, and ROI /lili Knowledge of CRM tools and campaign management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Genesys, HubSpot) /lili Result-oriented mindset and focus on customer experience /lili Effective communication and negotiation skills, especially in supplier management /lili Proactive attitude, initiative, and ability to work in a team /li /ul
