In particolare, entrando a far parte del Team Governance, Risk and Compliance di Milano, sarai impegnata / o nella gestione dei processi di cambiamento aziendali; in particolare, insieme a colleghe e colleghi esperti, analizzerai i requisiti strategici utili a implementare le migliori soluzioni presenti sul mercato.
Nello specifico, ti occuperai di :
* Controllo interno e valutazione del rischio nel settore industriale;
* Esecuzione di incarichi di conformità al Decreto Legislativo n. 231, SOX, 262 e anti-corruzione;
* Conformità integrata;
* Audit interno;
* Valutazione e progettazione di sistemi di controllo interno;
* Studio della legislazione del settore industriale e delle sue applicazioni e implicazioni su processi e procedure;
* Sviluppo di modelli di governance e organizzativi a supporto del processo di trasformazione aziendale.

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se :
* Hai una laurea magistrale in economia e management, amministrazione aziendale e amministrazione, finanza e controllo;
* Hai interesse a lavorare su temi di rischio e governance aziendale;
* Hai un’ottima conoscenza dell’inglese, preferibilmente con esperienze di studio e / o lavoro all’estero;
* Hai un’ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office.

When you join the Governance, Risk and Compliance team, you will help companies transform risks into opportunities for the improvement of their organisation and evolution of their governance systems to gain a competitive edge and offer integrated solutions and innovative approaches for strategic risk management.
As a member of our team, your experience will be put to full use, enabling you to become the point person for top-tier national and international clients. We are recruiting a junior consultant for the Milan office to work on the following projects :
* Internal control and risk assessment in the industrial sector;
* Performance of Legislative decree no. 231, SOX, 262 and anti-bribery compliance engagements;
* Integrated compliance;
* Internal auditing;
* Evaluating and designing internal control systems;
* Studying industrial sector legislation and its applications and implications on processes and procedures;
* Development of governance and organizational models to support the corporate transformation process.
Come As You Are - Your Skills And Characteristics
This is the perfect opportunity for you if :
* You have a master’s degree in business and management, business administration and administration, finance and controlling;
* You are interested in working on corporate governance;
* You have excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and / or work experience abroad;
* You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
