Responsibilities
Define the e-Commerce Roadmap
Guide the platform's direction, collaborating closely with the Product Owner to create an exceptional user experience.
Lead Development & Vendor Management
Coordinate the development team and external partners, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient processes through Agile methodologies.
Data-Driven Insights
Leverage data and metrics to monitor performance, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Facilitate collaboration between IT and Marketing teams, ensuring architectural solutions align with enterprise guidelines for seamless integration.
Qualifications
* Degree in IT or Computer Science
* 5+ years of experience managing technology projects
* Technical expertise in AEM, Adobe Commerce Cloud (Magento), React, PHP, and JavaScript
* Solid understanding of cloud technologies
* Excellent communication skills for translating business concepts to technical teams
* Ability to build relationships and engage with diverse stakeholders
