About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter Intern to support Institute Itech’s talent acquisition activities.
This role is ideal for candidates interested in developing skills in:
* recruitment processes
* candidate screening
* talent sourcing
* HR operations
The selected candidate will work closely with the HR Manager and leadership team, contributing to the recruitment of key roles across engineering, research, design, and management.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
* Publish job postings on LinkedIn and other platforms
* Source and identify potential candidates
* Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
* Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
Candidate Management
* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment pipelines
* Support communication with applicants
* Assist in scheduling interviews and follow-ups
HR Support
* Assist in drafting job descriptions and HR documentation
* Support onboarding processes for selected candidates
* Contribute to improving recruitment workflows
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree (or currently studying) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
* Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Fluent English (Italian is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous internship or academic experience in HR or recruitment
* Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment platforms
* Interest in technology, research, or innovation environments
* Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset

Compensation
Monthly Allowance: €1200, depending on availability and performance.
