PWarehouse Manager – Florence, Italy /ppbr/ppWe are partnering with a fast-growing international technology and manufacturing company in new clean energy that is redefining its industry through innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. /ppbr/ppAs part of its continued expansion in Europe, we are looking for a hands-on and entrepreneurial Warehouse Manager to establish and lead a new warehouse operation in Florence, Italy. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbr/ppKey responsibilities: /ppbr/pp• Lead the setup and launch of a new warehouse and logistics operation /pp• Manage warehouse infrastructure, processes, systems, and day-to-day activities /pp• Recruit, develop, and lead the local warehouse team /pp• Ensure efficient inbound, storage, inventory, and outbound operations /pp• Drive warehouse safety, operational performance, and inventory accuracy /pp• Collaborate closely with logistics, supply chain, and international stakeholders /ppbr/ppWhat we’re looking for: /ppbr/pp✔ Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution center management /pp✔ Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution /pp✔ Strong leadership and team-building skills /pp✔ Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes /pp✔ Fluent Italian and English /pp✔ Forklift operation experience is considered an advantage, not mandatory /ppbr/ppThis is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious global organization and play a key role in building a new logistics capability from the ground up. /ppbr/ppInterested?
