Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage day-to-day operations, overseeing the operations team and department to ensure train availability and reliability, focusing railway safety /li liEnsure organizational processes comply with regulations and standards Alstom. /li liUphold health and safety guidelines and enforce compliance (AZDP) /li liImprove Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficient operations. /li liEnhance systems, processes, and best practices. /li liOversee staffing plans, recruitment, and training. /li liHandle budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to meet strategic goals. /li liMonitors employee and team performance, offering coaching, training, and feedback for improvement. /li liCollaborate cross-departmentally to align operations with organizational objectives. /li liImplement quality assurance measures for products/services and monitor production and contractula KPIs. /li liEnhance customer service quality and satisfaction /li liWork with all team member to identify process improvement opportunities and cost savings, to ensure respect of hard inventory budget, improve maintenance cost, sales, and ppi /li liOptimize workflows and processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. /li liMonitor maintenance processes to ensure high-quality-safety maintenance /li liReport on operational efficiency and quality standards. /li liFoster innovation and productivity through effective communication. /li liStay updated on industry trends and best practices. /li liIntegrate new technologies and business processes as needed. /li liMaintain service operations to ensure sustainability. /li liDevelop conflict-resolution programs and lead conflict-management practices /li /ul h3Educational Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering or a similar university Degree /li /ul h3Desired Knowledge / Experience /h3 ul liTechnical experience and expertise in mechanical and electrical infrastructure maintenance techniques and principals /li liGood knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and automation equipments /li liStrong EHS knowledge, local legislation and environmental standards /li liLanguages : good knowledge of English (written spoken) /li liPrevious experience as a maintenance Engineer or similar role in industrial setting (5 years) /li liGood knowledge of AutoCAD for design and layout purposes or similar /li /ul h3Behavioural Competencies /h3 ul liMaintenance management experience /li liGood verbal and written communication skills /li liIT skills – competent user of Personal Computer, including office packages, e-mail and intranet /li /ul pYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
