Overview
For our Sales Department, we’re looking for an Account Specialist belonging to the Protected Categories Law 68/99, who will manage and develop a portfolio of international customers, increase turnover, prevent customer churn, and contribute to identifying new business opportunities and services to offer.
Responsibilities
Main activities:
- Monitor the progress and performance of assigned customers.
- Contact customers by phone or email to maintain strong relationships.
- Offer clients new services or products aligned with their business needs.
- Convince customers to transfer printing volumes from other suppliers to our company.
- Find flexible solutions for complex issues; in certain cases, extraordinary management may be justified by revenue potential.
- Help the company identify weak points and areas for improvement.
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of new services and products
