Sales & Project Manager – Technical Sales

Role / Position Overview
Sales & Project Manager – Technical Sales will have a strategic role in managing the entire commercial and project cycle, contributing to the development of the company's business and ICT solutions. They will report directly to the Sole Director and coordinate the commercial functions, the local team, the Bids and Tenders Office, and the Executive Sales Office. They will also be responsible for the complete management of projects, focusing on software solutions and SaaS products, ensuring quality, adherence to timelines, and correct implementation.
Main Responsibilities

Coordinate sales, marketing, commercialization, and distribution strategies
Propose prices, discounts, promotions, and incentives to be submitted to the Sole Director
Expand and coordinate the sales network and the local commercial team
Supervise the Executive Sales Office and the Bids and Tenders Office
Analyze user requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
Coordinate the development team and manage software projects end-to-end
Monitor quality, performance, and adherence to project timelines
Manage the lifecycle of ICT solutions, from ideation to release
Provide technical-commercial support for sales, particularly on SaaS products
Manage bidding processes in the public administration sector (document preparation, execution, compliance)
Conduct technical and functional presentations for clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery

Required Qualifications

Solid experience in software solution sales (SaaS and non-SaaS)
Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems
English level: Professional Working Proficiency
Skills in ICT and software project management
Familiarity with commercial processes and offer management

Strong focus on commercial and technical objectives
Analytical attitude and excellent problem-solving skills
Effective communication with clients and stakeholders
Spirit of continuous improvement and strategic vision
Understanding of the market and technological trends
Ability to turn business objectives into operational plans
Anticipatory thinking and handling of unforeseen events

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Knowledge of Linux operating system
Knowledge of programming languages: C, C++, Fortran, Matlab, Java, OpenGL, Ruby, Visual Basic, C#, Python
Experience with ROS and IDEs such as NetBeans, Eclipse, Visual Studio

What We Offer / Terms of the Offer

Gross annual salary: €30,000 – €35,000 depending on the profile
