About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate the design, engineering, procurement, delivery, and assembly of complex construction machinery for the civil works industry at worldwide level. The focus of the role is on the projects of DEAL - Solutions that make the difference.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for construction machinery projects: from concept, design, and engineering to delivery and assembly.
Coordinate with internal engineering teams, equipment suppliers, fabrication partners, and logistics providers.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
Ensure the design and engineering comply with technical standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee procurement and delivery of machine components and systems.
Supervise on-site assembly and commissioning activities in collaboration with technical teams.
Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and reporting throughout the project.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols during all project phases.
Drive continuous improvement in project execution, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelorโs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
5+ years of experience in project management related to construction machinery or large mechanical/equipment systems, preferably in the civil works or infrastructure sector.
Solid understanding of engineering design, manufacturing processes, and heavy machinery assembly.
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with attention to technical and contractual detail.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and standard engineering tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
Working conditions
Office-based with occasional visits to supplier sites and assembly yards, client or project locations.

Annual Base Salary up to 55,000 EURO.
Lavoro da remoto 1 day per week.
