PbSenior Corporate Sales – Italy /b /ppbr/pp(Confidential Search – Independent Investment Firm) /ppbr/ppbr/ppbCompany Overview /b /ppbr/ppWe are a well-established, independent investment services provider, fully owned by its /ppmanagement team and employees. /ppOur internal team of asset managers designs innovative and taylor made treasury /ppmanagement products to corporate clients across Europe. /ppOur offering includes active management funds (with occasional Italy-dedicated /ppvintages), short-term treasury products (factoring / reverse-factoring funds, /ppcommercial paper, certificates), structured notes, insurance-wrapped solutions. /ppThe firm is highly selective, transparent and ESG-focused, and works only with clients /ppand partners who share the same long-term values. /ppbr/p pbThe Role /b /ppbr/ppSenior Corporate Sales professional, based in Italy, fully dedicated to mid- and large /ppcap Italian corporates. You will be the face of the firm in Italy for treasury and /ppinvestment solutions, working in very close coordination with the HQ. This is a pure /pp“relationship-owner” role: you bring your network, we bring best-in-class products, /pprigorous due diligence and a highly remunerative, entrepreneurial model. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbr/pp• Originate and close treasury / investment mandates with Italian corporates ( /pp€500m revenue or listed) /pp• Target primarily CFOs or Treasury Managers /pp• Leverage existing long-term relationships (ideally 5-10+ years) built during /ppprevious corporate banking or asset-management roles /pp• Position our solutions as natural upsell during loan renewals, cash-management /ppreviews or MA processes /pp• Typical products: monetary funds, short-term notes, certificates, factoring /ppfunds, structured products, private debt/equity sleeves /pp• Run full due diligence with prospects (KYC, product fit, reference calls) /pp• Possibly maintain active membership in AITI (Associazione Italiana Tesorieri /ppd’Impresa) or equivalent networks /ppIdeal Profile /pp• 10–20 years track record in corporate banking (RM / coverage) or corporate sales /ppdesks at banks, asset managers or brokerage houses in Italy /pp• Proven existing “portable” book of CFO-level relationships that follow the /ppindividual, not only the bank brand /pp• Experience selling treasury / investment products (certificates, CP programs, /ppstructured notes, funds) is a strong advantage /pp• Fluent Italian English /pp• Based in Italy, willing to travel regularly /ppbr/ppbWhy This Opportunity? /b /ppbr/ppThis is the rare chance to monetize a lifetime of corporate relationships without the /ppconstraints, politics and pay caps of a large bank.
