As part of the Offer Department, Category Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following responsibilities:
1. Analyze and build recommendations on the strategy of the brands managed, in line with Sephora’s strategy:
* Analyze categories via panels and ad hoc studies (sales, consumer, market reports).
* Use data analysis to define action plans to improve sales and market share, focusing on customer expectations and purchase behavior.
* Participate in developing and implementing brands’ marketing plans, seeking exclusivity partnerships with a full 360° plan (in-store setup, pricing, promotion, communication), supporting other departments with clear sales guidelines.
* Adapt assortment and merchandising plans to local needs in cooperation with HQ, Sales, and Merchandising teams.
* Plan and secure key animation slots with relevant product assortments aligned with beauty trends, engaging other departments.
* Negotiate with suppliers to build strong relationships, maximizing partnerships and support in store selling operations.
1. Implement and monitor annual action plans:
* Monitor your brand portfolio's budget, including sell-in, sell-out, and stock forecasts per brand, following Négociation team guidelines.
* Promote implementation of actions to achieve turnover and margin objectives proactively.
* Coordinate between Online & Offline Animation, (E-)Merchandising, Finance, and Supply Teams to optimize execution in stores and online.
* Contribute to new product launches, ensuring follow-up to meet business objectives.
* Define forecasts for launches and establish trust relationships with brands, co-creating strategies.
2. Who we are looking for:
* Strong analytical skills, comfort with numbers, and a passion for beauty products and trends.
* Rigorous, organized, curious, and proactive.
* 2-3+ years of experience in category management, product management, or operational marketing.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to create quality partnerships.
* Observant, adaptable, discreet, autonomous, and proactive.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
