Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in San Clemente Palace Hotel in Venice for a Human Resources Manager. The Manager of Human Resources will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. They will also be involved in HR projects and initiatives to support the overall HR strategy of the hotel.

* Experience in hospitality industry
* Training and Compliance knowledge
* Project Management and Strategic Planning skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
