To strengthen our Finance team in Milan, we are looking for a Junior Financial Controller — a dynamic and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a desire to grow in an international environment. Your Role As part of the Finance team and in collaboration with the Finance Director and Accounting team, you will be involved in controlling activities, cost monitoring, profitability analysis, and reporting support. Key Responsibilities Analyze project profitability and monitor trade and non-trade estimates and orders via the company’s Project Management System; Support forecasting, control, and analysis of operating expenses (Opex) and capital expenditures (Capex); Assist with monthly closing activities (GAAP), quarterly group reporting (IFRS) and Statutory Accounts; Support invoice registration (AP) and issuance (AR) in coordination with the accounting team; Manage and update user master data and configurations in the Project Management System; Perform general administrative tasks within the company’s financial ERP system; Collect, process, and organize data for reporting purposes; Create reports, spreadsheets, and presentations while maintaining electronic and paper archives. Requirements Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields; 2–3 years of experience in controlling, accounting, or auditing; Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems; Basic knowledge of national and international accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS); Accuracy, analytical thinking, and problem-solving mindset; Proactivity, teamwork skills, and effective communication in multicultural contexts; Excellent knowledge of Korean (written and spoken); Good knowledge of English.
