You will act as a key reference point for the team and support the FB Management in achieving departmental goals. /p h3Your main responsibilities include: /h3 ul libOperational leadership: /b Overseeing 100% of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and compliance with brand standards and operational procedures. /li libInventory controls: /b Managing daily and monthly inventories (crockery, glassware, cutlery, decorations, equipment) and supervising operational checklists and reporting procedures. /li libQuality maintenance: /b Ensuring preventive maintenance, deep cleaning procedures and correct functioning of equipment and dispensing systems. /li libMenu product management: /b Supervising the correct presentation and updating of menus, wine lists, beverage lists and promotions. /li libHygiene compliance: /b Ensuring full compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, HACCP standards and departmental quality audits. /li libGuest experience: /b Ensuring a personalized and high-level dining experience; handling guest feedback and complaints professionally and contributing to Voice of the Customer objectives. /li libBrand standards: /b Implementing brand philosophy, operational manuals and sensory standards within the restaurant area; ensuring the team promotes hotel services, facilities and experiences effectively. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 ul liHigher education in Tourism, Hospitality or similar. /li liAt least 2 year of experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality sector. /li liAdvanced English; /li liKnowledge of MICROS and POS systems. /li liGood command of Office 365. /li liStrong knowledge of hotel and restaurant operations. /li liLeadership skills, team spirit and strong service orientation. /li liCreativity, innovation and attention to quality. /li liStructured, results-oriented and solution-focused working style. /li /ul h3Join us!
