Ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liHires, supervises, trains, and develops the warehouse staff. /li liProvides associates with guidance, training and communication regarding job requirements, all OSHA safety guidelines, ISO procedures Avient rules/expectations. /li liPerforms performance appraisals and provides timely feedback regarding performance reviews to the employee. /li liCoordinates the scheduling of warehouse personnel to ensure proper coverage in order to receive and distribute products/materials in a productive and cost-efficient manner. /li liCoordinates proper vacation request for warehouse associates. /li liCoordinates warehouse associates’ schedules ensuring appropriate coverage at all times. /li liCompletes and approves warehouse associate’s time-cards. /li liCoordinates all inbound and outbound orders. /li liResponsible for the general condition of the warehouse, shipping/receiving areas and yard areas in regard to container storage and overall cleanliness.
