We are a growing team looking for an IT Support Specialist in the IT department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Milan office. WHAT YOU WILL DO ... As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll work on responsibilities including providing on-site and virtual IT support to employees, maintaining on-site systems and global IT services, and assisting with IT advancements at sennder. You will also manage the migration from GWS to M365, collaborating with teams and conducting user training. You’ll work closely with the team to provide excellent IT service and support, aligning with sennder’s IT SLOs. Manage and optimize the M365 platform, including Teams and SharePoint Deliver on-site IT service following IT guidelines and SOPs Maintain local ITC systems to ensure they are up-to-date and operational Ensure functionality of on-site meeting rooms Use devices, resources, and licenses efficiently Provide virtual remote IT support for other EU offices Prepare computers for assignment and re-assignment Track IT stock and coordinate restocking, repairs, recycling, or secure disposal of broken equipment Update IT asset inventory Automate tasks using PowerShell, MS Graph, and Power Automate Support user adoption through training and documentation WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ... Proven experience in IT support Experience with M365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra/Azure AD, Defender, Intune); migration from Google Workspace to M365 is a plus Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools and staying current with new features Basic understanding of IT security principles Experience with operating systems, hardware, meeting room equipment, and related services Knowledge of LAN and WLAN networks Adaptability to new technologies and interest in automation and optimization Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Effective communication and collaboration skills Interpersonal skills to engage effectively with people Proactive attitude and service orientation for end-user support Excellent English communication skills (B2 / C1) Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Fundamentals/Associate, CompTIA A, Google IT Support) are a plus WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT...
