At dentsu, we are looking for a Radio Specialist to join our team in Milan, with the team that manages media planning for Radio and Cinema. The ideal candidate is a curious, analytical and motivated professional, eager to grow within a dynamic environment and supported by a team of senior experts who will guide them in mastering this field. Key Responsibilities
Brief analysis: contribute to propose the best radio planning to respond to brief request (communication KPI / budget) Creation of radio rankings: Compile and update radio station rankings using audience listening data (Competitive Arena MCS) to support planning and competitive assessments. Analysis of radio investments: Monitor and evaluate advertising investments on radio (AQX) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities. Schedule management: Organize and manage schedules to ensure the correct distribution and implementation of planned activities. Administrative plan management: Support the operational and administrative aspects of radio and cinema advertising plans using ADBOX and other report systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related fields. 2+ years of experience in the media industry (radio, cinema, media planning, or similar) considered a plus. Good Knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Curiosity, analytical mindset, and willingness to learn within a structured but dynamic environment.
