Role and responsibilities 🎯
You will be part of the Avvale's innovative HCM CoE, a team dedicated to delivering cutting-edge projects and managing top-tier services in the HCM space. 
You will be responsible for: 
- Conducting analysis sessions with clients to gather both functional and technical requirements related to business and HR processes, with a focus on the HCM domain; 
- Proactively participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions; 
- Training users on the implemented solutions; 
- Creating effective visual presentations to support communication and solution adoption; 
- Acting as a mentor and Team Leader for junior consultants. 
Required Skills 🛹
- At least 5 years of experience in the HCM field, with a deep understanding of HR processes and proven experience using the Talentia management system. 
- Proficiency in C# development and working with relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server); 
- Experience integrating systems through REST APIs; 
- Ability to work in a global environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously; 
- Results-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and within virtual teams; 
- Fluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken; 
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies; 
- Familiarity with Success Factors, and Workday solutions is considered a plus.
