Thanks to the extensive know-how of nitrogen, hydrogen, carbon capture, fuels, chemicals, and polymers, we offer innovative solutions and processes to fully enable the energy transition. /p pWithin the Procurement Department, the Purchasing Material Buyer is responsible of the purchasing activities of assigned Purchase Requisitions in compliance with Corporate and Project Procedures and under the supervision of the Purchasing Group Leader. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liPreparation of bidder lists /li liOrganize and run tenders leveraging also e-Procurement System /li liEconomic and contractual negotiation of orders and associated purchasing terms and conditions /li liPerform Economical Bid Evaluation and propose awarding /li liCooperate with Project Teams in highlighting main reasons of eventual extra budgets and proposing mitigation actions /li liSecure compliance with internal procedures and protocols /li liSupport and cooperate with the Project Procurement Manager / Coordinator during the development of the supplies in case of any commercial problem with Vendors (such as claims, change order request, Liquidated Damages discussion, etc.) /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul li4/5 years of Purchasing experience /li liExperience in operating in international challenging environment /li liExperience in-end-to end tender management (RFx Process). E-procurement systems knowledge is a plus. /li liDesign experience in engineering departments is a plus /li liExperience in prepare and execute negotiation with suppliers both on costs and contracts Terms Conditions /li liSAP knowledge for supplies management /li liExperience in contract preparation /li liAbility to interface and manage Internal Stakeholders /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities /li liProblem solving skills and ability to resolve conflicting situations /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills in the English language /li liTeam player with ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships /li liGood computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications and SAP /li liAvailability to travel for short period in Italy and abroad. /li /ul pEducation: University Degree in Business Economics Engineering is a plus /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
