Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible. /p h3Your Role /h3pWe are currently looking for a bPackaging Designer - softgood industry /b will create concept pack design, lead materials in order to create core secondary / special edition packaging in line with brand ID of the brands /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliVisualize creative concepts and designs for core packaging special editions with focus on bsoft good packaging /b. /liliCreate original designs for products and collections that are compliant with target, quality and production requirements; /liliGood knowledge of softcase developmentsulliGood knowledge of materials (textile / leather …) on different area (luxury / entry / premium) and how they can interact in a packaging /li /ul /liliMonitor the marketplace to identify opportunities to stay ahead of the competitors. /liliCreate original designs for products and collections that are compliant with target, quality and production requirements /liliEngage with various categories to maintain consistency throughout the Collection or Special Project. /liliParticipate in prototype development making models in 3D and constructing material mock-ups; /liliEnsure design from first mockup to last sampling before production /liliParticipate in fittings, providing feedback and making necessary adjustments; /liliMaintain clear and ongoing communication with suppliers or internal production stakeholders, providing detailed specifications for drawings materials; offering solutions for any challenges encountered. /liliSupervise and lead state of the art adaptations of designs and ensure impeccable design sample of final artwork files created by prototypes departments pre productions sampling. /liliDesign and manage technical drawing process in collaboration with engineering and conduct industrial trials /liliMaintain an organized archive of design concepts, samples, and materials; /liliGood cooperation with PM, engineering /liliInterface with internal external customer, assembly plants and central functions during the project execution through the maturity steps of package development process from feasibility to release to production. /liliMaintain clear and ongoing communication with suppliers, providing detailed specifications for drawings and prints on fabrics, and offering solutions for any challenges encountered. /li /ul h3Main Requirements /h3ulliEducational Background in Fashion Design, product design, accessories design / soft good designer or related field; /liliAt least 3 / 5 years of proven experience on the packaging design or soft good industry /liliGood knowledge of packaging production processes and decoration techniques; /liliSolid experience with design software packages (Adobe – 3D – AI PLATFORM) /liliSolid experience in with soft good /liliGood knowledge materials /liliGood time schedule mindset /liliAbility to be hands on design /liliGood communication with other functions /liliOut of the box problem solving approach. /liliPresentation and communication skills /liliHighly collaborative style willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teams /liliFluent in Italian and English /li /ul h3Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment /h3pWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
