In this role you support Keywords' IT infrastructure with a focus on network services, delivering follow‐the‐sun support and driving reliable, secure, scalable network operations. You work within the IT Infrastructure team to resolve incidents, manage problems, and deliver network projects on schedule. You will create and maintain technical documentation and implement best practices to protect systems and data. This is a chance to influence enterprise networking at scale in a fast‐growing game services environment.

Deliver network infrastructure projects on time

Create and maintain technical documentation of system designs and configurations
Oversee network security measures and risk identification
Design, deploy, and support LANs/WANs, network appliances, load balancers, routers, switches, and related hardware
Incorporate lessons learned to optimize future outcomes
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
Strong IT infrastructure knowledge and trends
3+ years' experience in a Network Administration role with network infrastructure, security, and support
Proficiency with network equipment: switches, routers, and firewalls (Cisco, Dell, HP)
Experience with WiFi setups
IPsec VPN, site‐to‐site tunnels, and troubleshooting xjrgpwk
Understanding of corporate networking and systems infrastructure design/implementation (MPLS, VPN, Internet access)
Proficiency with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), ACLs, route redistribution, and traffic engineering
Experience in LAN/WAN/SD‐WAN design and architecture
Understanding of change management in infrastructure
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
Experience coordinating with vendors/service providers to resolve escalations
Maintaining network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs
