We Offer The Global Brand Experiential Marketing Manager plays a key role in supporting, shaping, and activating consistent brand experiences across Dematic’s global in-person and virtual touchpoints. Working at the intersection of brand storytelling and customer experience, this role ensures our events, digital activations, and branded environments reflect our brand strategy and deliver value across the Customer Journey. Reporting and Collaboration Reporting to the Global Brand Communication & Experiential Lead, you will collaborate closely with regional marketing teams, the Global Brand, Content, Creative, and Digital teams, subject-matter experts, and the KION Group brand family (e.g., Linde MH, STILL, Baoli) to ensure consistent messaging, support global and regional events, and contribute to the planning and rollout of key experiential initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support the development and harmonization of branded environments, digital experiences (such as virtual tech tours or VR hubs), and global campaigns—focusing on delivering brand-consistent, scalable, and relevant experiences. Assist in the creation and execution of experience formats that elevate Dematic’s presence at events, customer centers, industry stages, and innovation platforms. Define messaging and story arcs for global brand events, aligning with SMEs and creative leads for impactful customer moments. Support internal experts in preparing for key events, speaking engagements, and brand activations. Co-create unified brand experiences with cross-functional teams including Brand, Creative, Content, Digital, and Regional Marketing. Manage and evolve the Dematic Virtual Experience Portfolio, including Tech Tours, VR hubs, and gamified experiences for education, sales, and storytelling. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Events, Communications, CX, or Brand Strategy 3–5 years of experience in experiential, brand, event, or customer experience marketing (B2B preferred) Strategic mindset with strong creative vision Experience with immersive technologies, hybrid event formats, or gamification is a plus Proficiency with tools like ON24, Cvent, Unreal, CMS, CRM, Canva, Adobe Suite (optional) Strong stakeholder management and agency briefing skills Proven project leadership and team alignment abilities Confident communicator with a positive presence Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Why This Role Matters This position is about building experiences that tell stories of innovation, trust, and human connection—whether on stage, on screen, or on-site—bringing the brand to life and increasing engagement across channels and audiences.
