Their task will be to ensure the efficiency and reliability of equipment through lubrication, mechanical maintenance, and support in vibration analysis, contributing to the predictive and preventive maintenance service provided by John Crane. The work location will be at the Client’s facilities. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 pEnsure maximum performance of operating machinery at assigned facilities through predictive and preventive maintenance activities, including: /p ul liVibration measurements /li liLubrication of rotating machinery (oils and greases) /li liThermography and infrared analysis /li liLaser alignment of machine trains /li liOil and fluid sampling for analysis /li liField balancing and alignment /li liMinor mechanical maintenance /li liOperational support and guidance to the client’s maintenance team /li /ul pCorrectly interpret collected data (vibrations, thermographic signals, lubrication parameters, etc.) and ensure clear and continuous communication with the client, working in full synergy with other professionals involved /p h3Qualifications /h3 h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul li3–5 years of practical experience in rotating machinery lubrication /li liDegree in Engineering or Technical Diploma (preferably mechanical or similar) /li liISO 18436 Category 1 certification in vibration analysis required; Category 2 is a plus /li liTraining for working in confined spaces will be considered a plus /li liGood interpersonal skills, initiative, and operational autonomy /li liInterest in condition monitoring and fault diagnostics via vibration analysis /li liFair knowledge of English (written and spoken) /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liPlacement in a highly qualified technical team /li liContinuous training and certification opportunities /li liDynamic and technologically advanced environment /li liCareer growth opportunities in the maintenance field /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
