Purpose of the job The Industrialization Technician is responsible to perform the following activities at the project level: To define and implement routine tests according to Engineering requirements for electronics products To define specific tools, ensure its manufacturing and its implementation in Operations Act in respect of standards, AT rules and business targets (EHS, Ergonomics, QCD) Perform tooling costing and its lifecycle maintenance costs Ensure the tool availability for the operations Responsibilities Tender phase Identify the need for tooling with the Industrialisation team Evaluate the total cost of the tooling, to include studies (specification, design) Industrialization Analyze the tooling requested and propose the adequate solution. Elaborate the specification of requirements for the Industrial means and tools necessary to implement the execution activities, in particular relating to Infrastructure, Tools and Capex Design tools or make it sub‐contracted. Send documented purchase request, participate to RFQ analysis, and contribute to the business award with Sourcing. Validate the design through design reviews, involving above actors. Validate the Operations tooling during First Article Inspection. Operation Follow‐up implementation of the tooling and first use. Ensure tools are available to perform the activities "on time" in a safe environment. Build CAPEX ROI when needed. Perform operating procedure when needed to use it. Specify inspection operations, handling and maintenance instruction. Write periodic inspection sheets. Manage calibration review. Educational Requirements Technical education: Electronics, Automation. English read, written, spoken. Desired Knowledge / Experience Experience of working in a Service Site or Production environment. Knowledge and understanding of our customers. Languages: Country language. Manufacturing or Maintenance background with 5 years' experience preferably in the railway industry. Technical experience of Process & Manufacturing Engineering. Good practice of Labview, C++ and schematics drawings. Working knowledge in Quality, EHS standards and Ergonomics.
