Job Description
We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern to join the Project Management & Strategic Planning function, supporting project portfolio monitoring and reporting activities across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a motivated student or recent graduate with a strong analytical mindset, interested in project and program management dynamics, and eager to gain hands‑on experience in a structured, data‑driven environment.
Main Responsibilities
* Support the reporting manager in monitoring and analyzing the project portfolio, providing structured data on resources, budgets, variances, and project progress.
* Collect, consolidate, and analyze project data related to workload, resource allocation, and costs.
* Support the preparation of analytical reports to enable project portfolio prioritization and management decision‑making.
* Participate in governance meetings with Project Managers, Program Managers, and Functional Managers, supporting data preparation and follow‑up activities.
* Support the definition and continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, templates, and best practices.
* Contributes to the dissemination of project management culture and support training activities on existing PM procedures.
* Monitor project progress against objectives and pipeline, supporting the identification of risks and critical issues.
* Support the development and maintenance of KPI dashboards for management.
Qualifications
* Degree (or currently enrolled) in Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Economics‑related fields.
* Interest in Project and Program Management principles.
* Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset.
* Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
* Preferable knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
* Good proficiency in company IT tools, specifically: Microsoft Office, BI tools, AI tools.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Project is a plus.
* Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and results‑oriented mindset.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
