Role Overview The role involves managing large-scale international HVAC projects. The position begins with a major project for a gigafactory located near Naples, Italy, followed by deployments to other international locations.

Project Management: Oversee a portfolio of international HVAC projects, including costing, proposal drafting, and coordinating internal teams and local partners.
\n
Tender Management: Respond to both public and private export calls for tender.
\n
Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring successful handover of the installations.
\n
Guarantee the financial profitability of operations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
\n
Master's degree (Bac +5) in HVAC engineering, energy engineering, or a related field.
\n
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in managing international HVAC projects.
\n
Languages: Fluent professional English is required; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
\n
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, project management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
\n
Mobility: Willingness to travel and relocate internationally is mandatory.
