As a leading partner for solutions for sheet metal and material processing, we combine laser cutting technology, press brakes, automation, and software with innovative laser applications for new materials and processes.### What you will be doing* Coordinate and support monthly payroll processes.* Support employees and managers in day-to-day HR-related topics.* Handle HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including contracts, certificates, master data maintenance, and reference letters.* Support recruiting activities from job posting to onboarding.### Your education & experience* Degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar.* At least one year of hands-on professional experience in HR and payroll.* Good English.* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.* Required on-site presence at the office in Cazzago San Martino.### What’s in it for you* 12-month fixed-term contract as part of a maternity cover.* Part-time setup (6 hours per day).* Supportive international environment with modern HR processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
