About the role The resource, based in the SASIB Finance Department and directly supporting the Finance Manager, will be responsible for carrying out the following activities: - Audit activities and economic/financial assessments; - Budgeting and forecasting; - Variance analysis and reporting to top management; - Orders, Turnover, Backlog; - P&L; - Opex by cost centre and type, Capex; - Personnel costs; - BS & Cash Flow; - Industrial control of products and cost centres; - Review and implementation of processes and procedures. The position is located in Castel Maggiore (BO). What you need to be successful - Degree in Business Administration or Management Engineering; - At least 3-5 years' experience in controlling with a good knowledge of business analysis and related reporting, analytical and industrial accounting and a solid foundation in general accounting; - Good written and spoken English is required; - Good knowledge of SAP; - Excellent knowledge of MS Excel; - Knowledge of consolidation and/or business intelligence systems for data processing is considered a plus; - Excellent organisational and problem solving skills as well as flexibility, proactivity and strong interpersonal skills complete the profile.
