CAREL is an innovative global high-tech company, leader in the evolution of control technology and humidification for air conditioning and refrigeration, listed at the Italian stock exchange To foster our continuous growth, we're strengthening our organization looking at smart professionals willing to join the team as contributors to company mission and goals Posizione: He/She will manage the business controlling activities of the assigned department by: - Manage supervise the preparation of all internal reporting monthly, quarterly and yearly, annual budgeting and periodical forecasting, ensuring a timely and qualitative delivery; - Provide in-depth analysis with qualitative comments on data and variances; - Constantly liaise with Carel Group subsidiaries or HQ departments in the coordination of planning processes and periodical closures, in order to guarantee the deadlines defined; - Perform ad-hoc analysis to identify recommended actions and support decision-making; - Collaborating with the IT department to strengthen and develop financial modelling and reporting. Requisiti: - Master Degree in Economics or Statistic sciences, or Management Engineering or equivalent education - 2/3 years of relevant experience in a multinational company and/or in an auditing or consulting firm; - Ability to use controlling and data mining tools, advanced use of Excel (i.e. pivots, macros etc.) - Knowledge of HFM, Hyperion, Oracle Business Intelligence would be a plus; - A mind for analysis: precise, effective, high catching; - Determination to achieve the objectives, flexibility, enthusiasm; - Ability to partner with the business with a problem solving approach and excellent communication and negotiation skills; - Ability to travel and fluency in English
