high‑end service environments, including but not limited to
butler service, barista roles, guest relations, concierge, and front‑of‑house operations. As a key member of the front‑of‑house team, you will play an essential role in creating seamless guest journeys—from arrival to departure—ensuring that every interaction reflects the highest standards of elegance, professionalism, and discretion. Key Responsibilities Welcome and host VIP guests with warmth, confidence, and a polished professional presence. Provide personalized guest support, including seating, beverage service, and tailored assistance. Assist with guest documentation, reservations, and itinerary coordination with strong attention to detail. Support guests with their personal belongings and ensure comfort at every touchpoint. Coordinate closely with internal teams to maintain an exceptional service environment. Anticipate guest needs and deliver proactive, thoughtful service that enhances the luxury experience. Manage guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism, tact, and discretion. Participate in special events, exhibitions, and hospitality activations as required. Maintain impeccable grooming standards aligned with the brand’s visual and service identity. Follow all safety, compliance, and operational procedures in line with internal guidelines. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional certification. Legal authorization to work in
Italy. Minimum of
2 years’ experience
in luxury hospitality or premium guest services. Fluent in
English ; additional languages (Italian and/or European languages) are highly desirable. Strong interpersonal communication, confidence, and professional presentation.
